At Greater Whitsunday Alliance, we live and work across the Mackay, Isaac and Whitsunday region. Long before these places were known by their colonial names, they were known as Yuibera, Koinjmal, Widi, Birriah, Barada Kabalbara Yetimarala, Jangga, Barada Barna, Western Kangoulu, Wirdi, Ngaro, Gia and Juru Country.

We acknowledge the Traditional Owners of the Greater Whitsunday region and their ongoing connection to land, water, culture and community. We pay our respects to Elders past, present and emerging.
